• Infrastructure (potable, firefighting, storm, electrical, security, CCTV - networks/ system)

• Construction Trucks Services area

• Construction Laydown area, multiple prefabricated buildings. Security fence, Supporting Utilities, Helipad, Car

• Parking, Base yard internal roads network, Connection road between the two jetties of approx

• 1,000 meters from its current termination at the coast guard station, extending it to the second jetty establishment., Ring road around the base yard etc.
