Our Goals

  • Achieve organization goals and HSE objectives in contract of the organization with focus on our strategic direction towards our environment, OH&S Management system including HSE risk and opportunities.
  • Protect the environment, prevention of pollution and expanding recycling programs for sustainability with sustainable use of resources, protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
  • Establish, review and monitor the environmental, OH&S objectives at relevant functions and levels within the organization with focus on continual improvements of environmental management system to enhance HSE performance.
  • Eliminate hazards, aspects and reducing EMS impacts and OHS risk.
  • Consult consultation and participation of workers, and, where they exist, workers’ representative.
  • Fulfill the legal and other applicable requirements on the scope of HSE management system.
  • Promotion of Sustainable Products, Materials and Consumption
  • Reduce reputation risks and communicate actions.
  • All activities by our subcontractors should be assessed, monitored and re-evaluate regarding health and safety performance of subcontractors.
  • Optimize the use of resources in all process including core operations.
  • Provide a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Engage early and meaningfully with stakeholders, including communities, industry and government.
  • Comply with all laws governing health and safety.
  • Consider and support sustainability initiatives with a strong business case.
  • Integrate sustainability into our existing business models, accounting and reporting.
  • Reduce operating costs through improved resource management e.g., water, waste, energy, carbon, employee engagement.
  • Manage risk of operational disruptions e.g., resource scarcity, climate change impact, or community risks.
  • Protection of biodiversity and living natural resources.
