Mechanical Works

HVAC:

  • Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHU, FCU, DX units …).           
  • Providing air balance for all HVAC systems.
  • Apply technical troubleshooting ability to create quality HVAC and air control solutions.
  • Prepare sheet metal fabrication drawings, modifications and commercial specification drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Develop and test models of alternate designs and process methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications, and necessity of modification.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM:

  • Classifying fire hazards, pipe sizing, sprinkler layout, fire pump sizing, fire water demand and standard installations.
  • Running head and hydraulic calculation, Pipe Sizing & selection of fire pumps.
  • Design of firefighting systems (pumping, hydrant, sprinkler, clean agent systems etc.) as per NFPA.
  • Prepare drawings (design & final drawings) for preparation of shop drawings.
  • Installation of internal network sprinkler system (wet & dry), standpipe (fire hose cabinets & landing valves), external network for fire hydrant, pump room, FM 200, deluge spray systems and pre-action system.
  • Shop drawings preparation and material submittals (pump, valves, zone Control valves, landing valves, pipes, fire hose cabinets, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, sprinklers upright, smoke management system.   

Medical Gas Systems:

  • Design and installation medical gas systems and assemble gas pipes in a new hospital or healthcare facility.

LPG:

  • Design and installation Liquefied petroleum gas systems and assemble gas pipes.

PLUMBING SYSTEM:

  • Complete plumbing calculations including water supply, sanitary, storm, and related equipment sizes.
  • To Design plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, and purified water systems.                                             
  • Designs, selects, schedules, sizes, and specifies basic plumbing system components to include plumbing fixtures, drains, and equipment.
